Bain Lines Up $3.1 Billion Loan to Acquire Service Logic

Bain Capital has lined up $3.1 billion in debt financing from private credit firms to acquire Service Logic from rival Leonard Green & Partners, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Blackstone Inc. is expected to lead the unitranche loan supporting the acquisition of the HVAC services company, with pricing discussed at 4.5 percentage points over the US benchmark, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private transaction.
