Blackstone, Partners Alumni Raise $750 Million in Secondary Fund

A real estate investment firm co-founded by former executives at Blackstone Inc. and Partners Group Holding AG has raised $750 million for a secondary fund.

The fundraising by Singapore-based Aquilius Investment Partners Pte adds to its inaugural over $400 million fund launched in 2023. The firm was co-founded in 2021 by Christian Keiber and Bastian Wolff, who previously worked at Blackstone’s private equity team and Partners Group, respectively.
