At 76, Nobu Matsuhisa spends much of his life on the move, traveling between tastings and site tours to build what has quietly become one of the world’s most recognizable luxury hospitality empires. The company he co-founded with actor Robert De Niro and producer Meir Teper now spans more than 58 restaurants and 18 hotels across five continents.
