ING Announces €1.6 Billion Payout, Boosts 2025 Revenue Goal

ING Groep NV announced €1.6 billion ($1.86 billion) in fresh investor payouts and raised its revenue outlook for the year.

The shareholder distributions will be split between a stock buyback of as much as €1.1 billion and a €500 million dividend, the Dutch lender said in a statement on Thursday. Revenue this year is now expected to rise to about €22.8 billion, up from a previous forecast of about €22.6 billion.
