China Says It Will Work With the US on Resolving TikTok Issue

Beijing pledged to work with Washington to resolve the fate of TikTok’s US business, stopping short of saying it’s agreed to a deal touted by President Donald Trump to spin off ByteDance Ltd.’s crown jewel.

China’s Commerce Ministry said Thursday it’s committed to properly resolving issues related to TikTok, without mentioning specifics.
