US Lifts Sanctions Against Former Bosnian Serb Leader Dodik

The US lifted sanctions from Milorad Dodik after the longtime Bosnian Serb leader stepped down as president of Republika Srpska.

Dodik, who was first placed under US sanctions in 2017, and some family members were removed from the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals List as of Wednesday.
