Rosneft’s German Unit May Be Cut Off From Key Customers

Rosneft PJSC’s German unit may be cut off from key customers since it wasn’t excluded from the latest US sanctions against Russia, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Oil traders, banks and oil companies have already threatened to end relationships with Rosneft Deutschland, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information. The German government is in talks with Washington in an effort to shield the unit from the penalties, they said.
