Honeywell International Inc. raised its full-year profit outlook and reported third-quarter earnings that topped Wall Street expectations, boosted by the company’s aerospace unit ahead of a planned breakup.

The Charlotte, North Carolina-based manufacturer now expects adjusted profit of $10.60 to $10.70 a share this year, it said Thursday in a statement. That’s more than the $10.59 average of analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.
