Cuomo, Mamdani Trade Jabs in Heated Final NYC Mayoral Debate

Andrew Cuomo sought to cast New York City’s mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani as unprepared to actually be mayor of the largest US city in the final debate before the election.

“The issue is you have no experience, you have accomplished nothing,” Cuomo told Mamdani. “There’s no reason to believe you have any merit or qualification for eight and a half million lives,” Cuomo said, referring to the city’s size.
