Crypto Leaders Hit Capitol Hill to Push Market Structure Bill

About a dozen crypto industry leaders including Coinbase Global Inc. Chief Executive Officer Brian Armstrong and Chainlink Labs’ Sergey Nazarov met with Democratic and Republican leaders Wednesday for almost three hours to discuss market-structure legislation.

The meetings were attended by lawmakers including Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott of South Carolina and New York Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer. David Ripley, co-CEO of crypto exchange Kraken and Hayden Adams from Uniswap Labs were there as well, Nazarov said in an interview.
