Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. said it’s considering a possible sale of the company after receiving unsolicited interest from multiple parties. Netflix Inc. and Comcast Corp. are weighing bids for parts of the media and entertainment company, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The Warner Bros. board will evaluate “a broad range” of options, including a planned split-up of the company by mid-2026, an outright sale or separate deals for its studios and streaming or cable-TV units, according to a statementBloomberg Terminal Tuesday.
