Lockheed Boosts Outlook on Strong Sales in Missiles, Space

Lockheed Martin Corp. reported better-than-expected earnings and raised some of its guidance for the year, buoyed by stronger profits in its missiles and space divisions.

Adjusted earnings per share were $6.95 during the third quarter, the Bethesda, Maryland-based company said in a statement Tuesday. That’s higher than the $6.35 average of estimatesBloomberg Terminal compiled by Bloomberg.
