Activist investor Jana Partners has teamed up with co-investors including Travis Kelce to push for changes at Six Flags Entertainment Corp., including a sale of underperforming amusement parks or the entire company.

The group has an economic stake of about 9% in Six Flags, according to Scott Ostfeld, Jana managing partner and portfolio manager. There is an opportunity to improve branding, Ostfeld said Tuesday at the 13D Monitor Active-Passive Investor Summit in New York.
