DroneShield CEO Sees More Demand for Civilian Counter-Drones

Interest in counter-drone systems is growing among civilian industries as governments bolster their air defense capabilities, DroneShield Ltd.’s chief executive officer said.

“We’re seeing an increasing amount of demand” in non-defense sectors, CEO Oleg Vornik said in a Bloomberg Television interview. Airports and data centers are poised to become “significant” sources of business for the Sydney-based company, he added.
