Trump Jr. Firm Taps Palihapitiya, Influencers for SPAC

A blank-check vehicle that counts Donald Trump Jr., investor Chamath Palihapitiya and Fox News host Laura Ingraham among its board members is seeking to raise $260 million in an initial public offering.

The filing offered limited details on what type of company Colombier Acquisition Corp. III would look to combine with, but said its leadership team would be “leveraging our network” to find one, adding that it would look to “fund the next chapter of American Exceptionalism and help Make America Grow Again.”
