A trio of investment funds are suing Dutch lingerie retailer Hunkemöller International BV and the trustee of its debt over claims that a transaction which saw fund Redwood Capital Management take over the company violated their creditor rights.

Cheyne Capital Management, Man Group Plc and Contrarian Capital Management filed a case against the company and trustee TMF Group, according to an Oct. 10 filing in at the High Court in London. There are no further publicly available details on the court file.
