The ousted founder of BC Partners LLP-owned United Group BV failed to convince Dutch judges he could bring an unfair dismissal lawsuit, in the latest legal salvo stemming from a management fallout at the European telecom and media firm.

A court in Amsterdam ruled that Dragan Šolak’s case was inadmissible on Thursday. He and firms he majority owns asked a judge to investigate the policy and conduct of United Group over allegations that BC Partners had abused the group’s governance when it dismissed Šolak in June.
