Carney Says NATO Can Flex Hard Power If Russia Breaches Airspace Again

“NATO countries defend themselves,” Carney said in an interview with Bloomberg Weekend’s The Mishal Husain Show. “Certainly, we will do what’s necessary in order to protect those countries.”
