Apple TV Joins With NBC’s Peacock to Offer New Streaming Bundle
- The product is $15 a month and combines Apple TV and Peacock
- Other TV networks have offered similar bundle packages
Apple Inc. and Comcast Corp.’s NBCUniversal are teaming up to launch a new streaming bundle that will offer wide-ranging content from live events like the NBA to popular franchises like Ted Lasso and blockbuster movies for $15 a month.
The new package will combine the recently re-branded Apple TV (formerly AppleTV+) and NBC’s Peacock and be available Oct. 20, the companies said in a statement on Thursday. The bundle offers savings of more than 30% over the Peacock Premium ad-supported plan plus Apple TV on their own.
