Two Sigma Investments is closing one of its legacy hedge funds.

The firm decided to no longer offer Two Sigma Eclipse funds “in an effort to simplify our fund structure,” the company said in a note to investors seen by Bloomberg News. “The entirety of your interests in Eclipse will be compulsorily withdrawn effective December 31, 2025.”
