Germany Planning €10 Billion Investment in Military Drones

Germany plans to invest €10 billion ($11.6 billion) in military drones in coming years to help protect European and NATO airspace amid a rising threat from Russia, according to Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.

Pistorius welcomed a drone defense plan presented by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, referring to recent incursions into the territory of countries like Poland and Estonia.
