Eisler Imposes 30% Bonus Cut on Traders Exiting Immediately
Eisler Capital told its traders to expect a cut to their bonus payouts if they want to exit the hedge fund immediately following the firm’s decision to shut.
Traders will have to accept a reduction of around 30% to their discretionary payouts — including their cut of gains for 2025 performance and previous years’ deferred compensation — if they want to leave now, according to people with knowledge of the matter. If they stay until March, they may get the full payout, said the people, asking not to be identified because the details are private.
