Singapore Property Boom Reignites With Near Sellout Project
A private residential development in Singapore nearly sold out during its launch weekend, highlighting the city-state’s strong housing market despite repeated government cooling measures.
The Skye at Holland, a development in one of the nation’s top expatriate enclaves, sold about 658, or nearly 99%, of its 666 units, according to a statement from the developers. They sold at an average S$2,953 ($2,276) per square foot, and was also the best-selling residential launch so far in 2025.
