The leader of France’s Socialist Party said they couldn’t rule out voting to topple the next government since President Emmanuel Macron hadn’t provided sufficient answers to their policy demands.

Following a meeting Macron called with the more mainstream political parties, Socialist head Olivier Faure said that while the president indicated he would name a new prime minister in the coming hours, he didn’t say who it would be or their political affiliation.
