JPMorgan Eyes SRT Deal Tied to $2 Billion of Private Jet Loans

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is sounding out investors for a significant risk transfer tied to a $2 billion portfolio of loans used to buy private jets, according to people familiar with the matter.

The potential size of the SRT could be about $250 million, equivalent to around 12.5% of the total loan pool, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
