Cellnex Telecom SA’s wireless network infrastructure business will be able to absorb the impact of consolidation in the telecom industry, according to its top executive.

“It happened in the UK and we managed,” Chief Executive Officer Marco Patuano said at Bloomberg’s Future of Finance conference in Madrid on Wednesday, referring to Vodafone Group Plc’s merger with CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd.’s Three that completed earlier this year.
