TK Elevator Said to Pick Rothschild, Lilja as IPO Advisers

Photographer: Krisztian Bocsi/BloombergTK Elevator’s private equity owners have selected Rothschild & Co. and Lilja & Co. to advise on a planned initial public offering of the company that could be one of Europe’s largest listings in years, according to people familiar with the matter.
Rothschild and Lilja have been picked as independent financial advisers to oversee the work on the listing of the former Thyssenkrupp AG unit, the people said. Advent and Cinven — the owners of TK Elevator — would proceed to pick global coordinators for the offering later.
