The cash-strapped government on Thursday approved a draft law offering those aged 18 to 35 three months’ net average wage, equivalent to about 16,500 lei ($3,810), for the voluntary training, Defense Minister Ionut Mosteanu said. Parliament may sign off on the measure by the end of the year, he said.
