Poland ordered a Russian ship to leave its waters as Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned of an increase in a number of incidents on the Baltic Sea involving Moscow.
A Russian vessel was spotted within 300 meters (328 yards) from a pipeline that sends gas inland from a sea platform on Wednesday morning, Interior Ministry spokeswoman Karolina Galecka told reporters in Warsaw. Speaking in Copenhagen earlier on Thursday, Tusk said he had learned of another unspecified incident close to the port city of Szczecin, near the border with Germany.
