Nscale Raises $433 Million Days After Closing $1.1 Billion Round

Data center company Nscale Global Holdings Ltd. has raised $433 million in funding just days after closing a $1.1 billion round, as investors continue to pile into the market for artificial intelligence computing.

The round is being raised as a “SAFE,” a structure that gives investors rights to equity in the British company at some time in the future, and includes Blue Owl, Nvidia Corp., Nokia Oyj, Dell Technologies Inc. as well as other existing and new investors. A representative for Nscale didn’t immediately respond to a request for additional details about the round’s structure.
