Output should remain flat from last year at 362 terawatt-hours until 2028, and just slightly lower through 2031, based on the utility’s estimates and the regulator’s assumption for the Flamanville 3 reactor under testing phase, Commission de Regulation de l’Energie said in a report Tuesday. The cost of nuclear power is forecast to rise.
