Barrick CEO Mark Bristow Departs, Hill Named as Interim Boss

Hill is currently responsible for Barrick’s Latin American and Asia Pacific regions. A board committee is working with an executive search firm to identify a permanent CEO, the company said Monday in a statement. Shares of Barrick fell as much as 1.4% in premarket trading in New York.
