Sinclair Inc. and Nexstar Media Group Inc. are putting Jimmy Kimmel Live! back on their ABC TV stations starting tonight, ending a standoff with network parent Walt Disney Co.

The broadcasters, which together account for about 23% of ABC’s audience nationwide, announced their decisions in separate statements Friday following talks with Disney.
