Severe Storm Bualoi Pummels Philippines, Kills Four

Severe Tropical Storm Bualoi killed at least four people in the Philippines with more than 400,000 evacuated as it accelerated while crossing the archipelago.

Work in government offices and schools in the capital region and some provinces were suspended Friday while currency trading was halted from this afternoon along with essential banking services due to the projected rainfall.
