US envoy Steve Witkoff predicted a breakthrough in the Israel-Hamas conflict in the coming days after President Donald Trump presented a 21-point plan to regional leaders in a meeting in New York this week.

Witkoff didn’t detail the plan but said “it addresses Israeli concerns as well as the concerns of all the neighbors in the region.”
