Working From Home Isn’t Worth Less Pay for Most Europeans

Despite efforts by firms to get employees back at their desks five days a week, office attendance remains down from its pre-pandemic level.

Most Europeans wouldn’t be willing to accept a large pay cut to work some days from home, according to the European Central Bank.

The average reduction that employees would tolerate to work two or three days a week from home is 2.6%, the ECB said in a paper published Monday.
