TPG Leads Funding for UK Fintech Tide at $1.5 Billion Valuation

Tide Holdings Ltd., a UK business management platform, said it’s now valued at $1.5 billion after a share sale to help fund its international growth.

The London-headquartered fintech said the $120 million funding round was led by a strategic investment from new backer TPG and supported by existing investor Apax Digital Funds, according to a statement on Monday.
