JPMorgan’s Matejka Sees European Stocks Getting Attractive Again

After a period of consolidation, it may soon be time to add exposure to euro-area stocks again, according to strategists at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The region’s equities should bounce back into 2026, helped by an inflection in earnings as fiscal stimulus kicks in to the economy, the team led by Mislav Matejka said. Better earnings should support a break higher in the volume of share buybacks, which has stalled for the past few quarters, they added.
