ICE Uses Tear Gas in Clashes With Protesters in Chicago Suburb

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers fired tear gas at a crowd of protesters outside a suburban Chicago detention center, intensifying tensions as President Donald Trump pushes to escalate immigration enforcement in US cities.
The clash unfolded outside the ICE facility in Broadview, about 13 miles west of downtown Chicago. Videos posted online by local news stations showed demonstrators scattering after agents deployed chemical irritants.
