Apollo in Talks for Private Markets Partnership With Schroders

Apollo Global Management Inc. is in early talks with Schroders Plc to form a potential product partnership that could see the private capital giant source assets for the UK’s largest standalone money manager.

Discussions are ongoing between the companies’ senior management teams, people with knowledge of the negotiations said. There is no certainty that an agreement will ultimately be reached, they said, asking not to be identified as the talks are private.
