GE Healthcare Said to Weigh Selling Stake in China Business

GE Healthcare Technologies Inc. is exploring options including the sale of a stake in its China unit, people familiar with the matter said.
The US medical technology company has been working with advisers to evaluate options for the business, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. A potential transaction may value the China assets at several billion dollars, the people said.
