The small-cap Russell 2000 Index jumped 2.5% to its first closing record since November 2021, joining its large-cap counterparts. The S&P 500 Index climbed 0.48% in New York, the technology-heavy Nasdaq 100 Index rose 0.95%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average 0.27% — all notching fresh milestones in tandem.
