Amex Boosts Platinum Fee to $895, Adds Resy and Lululemon Perks

American Express Co. is boosting the annual fee for its Platinum consumer credit card to $895 — a $200 increase — and adding about $1,500 of potential perks to help customers get over the sticker shock.

New benefits for the refresh include $400 a year of dining credits at Resy restaurants, $300 to spend at Lululemon Athletica Inc. and $200 toward the purchase of health-focused Oura rings, Amex said Thursday in a statement.
