Singapore Home Sales Surge to Nine-Month High in Renewed Frenzy

Singapore new home sales rose to their highest in nine months in August, underscoring a recent resurgence in demand as a slew of projects hit the market.

Developers sold about 2,142 private homes last month, according to data released Monday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority. That’s the most since last November, when almost 2,600 units were sold.
