Poland’s top diplomat said he’ll press his Chinese counterpart to lean on Russia to cease “a hybrid operation” on the European Union member state’s eastern border, which led to a shutdown of Beijing’s key trade route to Europe.

Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski is scheduled to meet Wang Yi outside Warsaw on Monday, days after Poland closed the border with Belarus because of military drills known as Zapad that the country’s neighbor held with Russia. The border is a major route for Chinese rail shipments to Europe.
