Ukraine’s chief weapons procurement official said the military was “very much concerned” about the US’s changing stance on supplying aid, noting that the country needed some systems only the US can provide.

Defending Ukraine against air attacks requires a huge number of defensive systems, including protection against drones, electronic warfare gear and high-end air defense capabilities such as the US-made Patriot, said Arsen Zhumadilov, director of the country’s Defense Procurement Agency.
