NATO’s Baltic Members Urge US to Drop Plan for Defense Aid Cuts

The cuts would affect hundreds of millions of dollars, and in particular impact the Baltic Security Initiative for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Bloomberg reported on Sept. 5.
