Brazil judges Alexandre de Moraes and Flavio Dino voted to declare Jair Bolsonaro guilty on coup charges Tuesday, putting a Supreme Court panel on the brink of reaching a majority to convict the former president.

Moraes and Dino were the initial members of the five-judge panel to cast votes in the landmark trial, the first in which a former leader has faced charges for attempting a coup in Latin America’s largest nation.
