Atlassian Corp. has cut 200 jobs in Europe in support functions after making 150 staff redundant in similar roles in July, the Australian newspaper reported.

Responding to the report, the software developer said it cut positions in France and the Netherlands after introducing customer-service improvements, including reducing the amount of time spent on support tickets and more efficiently directing work to the right people.
