Hungary’s main opposition party, Tisza, put tax reform at the center of its challenge to Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s long rule as it introduced its new economic policy head at a campaign rally.

Andras Karman, a former finance official who once served in Orban’s cabinet, told supporters in the western town of Kotcse that Tisza would cut taxes for minimum-wage earners and offer rebates to those making less than the median income.
